I’ve always loved making art and working with my hands, and clay, with its capacity for beauty and function, is, for me, the perfect medium. I discovered my love for high temperature atmospheric firing in 2010, and made mostly wood- and soda-fired work for the next decade. I’ve recently expanded my pursuits to include mid-range electric firing as well, but my heart will always belong to the alchemy of an atmospheric kiln.
